ZMS provides live access to the latest zone status and configurations.
Genasys provides specific customers, resellers, and alert partners with access to a live Zonehaven Map Service (ZMS). Evacuation zone status, naming, and geometry are dynamic and may be changed by emergency services personnel at anytime. The ZMS reflects the current status and zone configuration for evacuation zones as shown in the Genasys EVAC and/or Genasys Protect sites. Each customer, reseller, and alert partner has their own login to the ZMS, which provides access to a set of evacuation zones described in the Data Sharing Agreement or SaaS Agreement. All ZMS users must have a signed agreement in place. Please reach out to support@genasys.com for more information or to discuss getting access.
